The skeleton of the menu cab determined by its number and types of course.
Basically there are two type of the menu :
1. Classic skeleton
2. Modern skeleton

1. CLASSIC SKELETON
the number of courses of the clasic menu skeleton is a thirteen, which are :
a. Apetizer (cold/hot)
b. Soup (potage)
c. Fish (poisson)
d. Egg (farinaceous)
e. Entre (cold/hot)
f. Main course
g. Sherbet
h. Roast
i. Vegetable
j. sweet
k. Saurine
l. Cheese
m. Dessert

2. MODERN SKELETON
The number of the courses of modern menu skeleton start from three courses up to five courses.

A. 3 COURSES MENU
* soup
* Main courses
* Dessert
Or
* Apetizer
* Main course
* Dessert

B. 4 COURSES MENU
* Apetizer (cold)
* Soup (cold)
* Main courses
* Dessert
Or
* Soup (cold)
* Apetizer (hot)
* Main course
* Dessert

C. 5 COURSES MENU
* Apetizer (cold / hot)
* Soup (cold)
* Salad
* Main courses
* Dessert
Or
